Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Off Court EDGE website and video analysis services (the "Service"), operated by Off Court EDGE LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a program, or joining Edge Up, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Off Court EDGE provides personalized video analysis of tennis and pickleball footage you submit, including a markup video, a live one-on-one call, and a written action plan, depending on the program purchased.

No Outcome Guarantee

Off Court EDGE provides coaching feedback and analysis intended to help you improve. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, score, ranking, or level of improvement. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own practice, physical condition, and play.

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

All one-time programs and Edge Up membership charges are processed through Stripe. Cancellations and refunds for one-time programs are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Edge Up Membership

Edge Up is a recurring monthly membership billed automatically until cancelled, with a three-month minimum commitment. Each month you receive one credit, redeemable toward a Stroke Analysis or Match Breakdown session. Unused credits remain valid for four months from the month they are issued, after which they expire. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through that period.

If you cancel before completing three monthly payments, and you have already redeemed a credit during that time, an early-cancellation fee applies. The fee is the difference between the regular one-time price of the program(s) you redeemed and the amount you have actually paid toward your membership at the time of cancellation. This fee is charged to the payment method on file. If you cancel before redeeming any credit, or after your three-month minimum commitment has been satisfied, no fee applies.

Your Footage

You retain ownership of any video footage you submit. By submitting footage, you grant Off Court EDGE a limited license to view, store, and mark up that footage solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your footage for marketing, testimonials, or any purpose outside delivering your analysis without your separate, explicit permission.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit any footage you upload, including footage that includes other players.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@offcourtedge.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit footage or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share, and not to misuse the Service in any way that could harm Off Court EDGE or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Court EDGE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
