When you create an account, purchase a program, or use the Service, we collect:

— Account information: name and email address.
— Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
— Video footage you submit for analysis, and any notes you include with it.
— Communications you send us, such as support emails.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process payments, deliver your video analysis and action plan, schedule and conduct your call, send you service-related emails (receipts, video ready, call confirmations), and provide customer support.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run Off Court EDGE, each of whom processes it on our behalf:

— Stripe, for payment processing.
— Cloudflare Stream, for secure video hosting.
— Resend, for transactional email delivery.
— Cal.com, our scheduling tool, to book and manage your call.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and footage for as long as your account is active, so you retain access to your past analyses and action plans. You may request deletion of your account and associated footage at any time by emailing support@offcourtedge.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember whether you have an account. We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Your Rights

You can access or update your account information at any time from your account page, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. If a minor's footage is submitted, it must be submitted by a parent or guardian on the minor's behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
