Full Refund

If you cancel before we have begun reviewing your footage, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund

If we have begun work on your analysis but have not yet delivered your markup video, you are eligible for a partial refund reflecting the time and work already invested.

No Refund

Once your markup video has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, regardless of whether your video call or written action plan has taken place yet.
